'Jesus was more important as a teacher than as a miracle worker' What do you think? Give your opinion…?
its a 3 mark question, so obviously 3 points to get the mark,
thank you ^.^
xx
I completely agree. His message was more important. The miracles were simply to confirm that His message was true. I wish more people would read his message and listen.

Jesus is most important as a Savior.
Jesus is God, and Jesus loves you so very much!
And the Trinity is true!
The truth about Jesus is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to hell, is by believing in Jesus for His free gift of salvation, believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died on the cross for all our sins as FULL PAYMENT for all our sins, and then Jesus rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe in Jesus for His free gift of salvation, and you will be in heaven, no matter what!
Salvation is a FREE GIFT that happens in a split second when you believe in Jesus to save you! It is impossible to lose or "leave" salvation (John 6:39-40, John 10:28, 1 John 5:13).
Please pray now: "Jesus, I believe that You died on the cross to pay for my sins and that You rose from the dead, and I thank You for eternal life!" You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die!

Jesus didn’t come to prove His miracles. Jesus came to show us the way of salvation.

He was more important as a teacher to guide mankind to the straight path, all Prophets and Messengers of God, were given miracles to prove the existance of God.

definitely, because his teachings endure forever across every theistic or atheistic boundary while his miracles were life-changing, but the individual can get too cocky and forget who healed them.

Jesus himself said that. And besides, a good enough teacher can show you how to work miracles yourself. Give a hungry man a fish to fry and he may eat that day, but show him how to fish and he will be supplied for a lifetime. Maybe I paraphrased that a little. Anyhow, we shall move mountains. And we already make tunnels through mountains and under the sea as well.

Jesus’ teachings are what saved people, not his miracles. Jesus’ teachings are what helped the people around him in the longer run. Teaching forgiveness and kindness does a lot more than healing one person. Jesus as a teacher was someone who even non-Christians can look at as an exemplary individual who did good in this world.
